Supervisions
The accumulated experience of over 200 hours of personal therapy helps me understand the work of the unconscious. The main thing that matters is a person's mental reality, not the material one.
I regularly undergo supervision from supervisors of the Ukrainian Association of Psychoanalysis and the European Confederation of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapies.
Approach
Psychoanalytic
The psychoanalytic approach is based on a deep understanding of the psyche and continuous learning. Psychoanalysis is not about advice on how to act, but a space where the unconscious, which influences our lives, can be heard. The psychoanalyst creates conditions and opportunities for expression. The meaning of life is not given in the office, it can only be found by the client himself in the transference to the analyst.

Support
Psychoanalytic therapy is aimed at long-term work to improve the quality of life. The peculiarity of the approach lies in direct work with the unconscious sphere, where the root causes lie. That is why it often happens that a person is aware of everything with his mind, but this does not change anything in his life situation.
Outwardly, therapy takes the form of a dialogue that gradually becomes deeper and more detailed. Your task is to say everything that comes to mind, trying to avoid internal filtering. All this will be a reflection of mental processes in the form of symbols and feelings, which we will work with.
