What is the difference between psychoanalysis and other types of therapy?
Psychoanalysis works with the unconscious—what manifests itself in our mistaken actions, dreams, recurring situations, bodily symptoms, or relationships.
And while other methods focus more on the symptom (how to remove anxiety, fear, change behavior), psychoanalysis asks:
Why did this symptom appear in you and what does it actually mean?
How can I sign up for a consultation?
To schedule a preliminary consultation, use the contact form on our website or write to me directly by mail or telegram .

How long is the consultation?
The consultation lasts from 50 to 60 minutes at the same time agreed with you and on the selected days.
How many sessions do I need?
The frequency of meetings is usually 1–3 times a week, depending on your capabilities and needs. We will discuss the optimal schedule during the first consultation.
What language are the sessions held in?
It is recommended to speak freely during the sessions, whatever comes to mind. To do this,
It doesn't matter what language you speak, but it's better if it's a mutersprache (a language that was learned "with mother's milk"). I am fluent in both Ukrainian and Russian, and I would recommend that you speak a language in which you don't pick up words.
First Consultation: What Is It For?
The initial interview is free and lasts 15–20 minutes. During this time, we explore the question: “Can I be the right analyst for you?”
At the same time, you ask yourself: “Can I trust this person and talk to them openly?”
It’s an important mutual decision — only after that does the psychoanalytic process begin.
